Osteoarthritis is often called Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD).
This form of arthritis is from wear and tear. It is chronic (repetitive) in nature.
Chronic issues commonly come on slowly. A joint with start to ache and may not go away.
How impactful OA is on your life depends on overall inflammation, injuries, diet, and alignment.
We wanted to provide you with some foods that are anti-inflammatory.
Inflammation is one of the leading causes of degenerative changes.
What are some foods or supplements that are anti-inflammatory?
Green leaf vegetables: Spinach, kale, collards.
Nuts: Walnuts and almonds.
Fatty Fish: Salmon, mackeral, tuna.
Berries: Strawberries, blue berries, cherries.

Turmeric: It is a spice found in curry. It can be purchased at any major food store.
Ginger: We strongly promote ginger. We cut a small portion around the size of a fingernail,
and place into a smoothie. Ideally a smoothie with spinach and berries.
Foods high in sugar. This includes drinks!
Artificial sweeteners. These are more common than you would think.
Fried foods. They may taste good, but they are not good for you.
Dairy. Dr. Bryan is from the Dairy state and this was difficult for him.
We have great success at helping people with their spine pain,
